Hanging man in Firmament

Is there any chance we will be seeing a side questline related to the hanging man in the firmament? I think it would be an amusing side quest line with Hildibrand style humor but without Hildibrand.

Pitch:

The characters name would be Cliff Hanger. Cliff has notoriously bad luck which always seems to put him in situations that involve him hanging above a long fall. The quest line could involve us doing random tasks related to getting him out of whatever precarious situation he's in, and then just as thing end, he ends up in another situation while we walk away to continue our adventure, leaving The Tale of Cliff Hanger on a cliffhanger. And when there are no more ideas for his questline, it can end up just being a daily or repeatable quest for like 1 Gil where you just pull him up and then when we walk away we bump into him accidentally.

He was gone after the first stage of restoration yesterday, or was at least moved. I didn't look too hard to see if he was still around.

I think he's the same NPC that was all over Heavensward hanging off of stuff just like that. Kind of an easter egg I guess.
