Echo buff should be in dungeons for wipes

If there were ten wipes, I doubt the echo will help you much. An absolutely horrible dungeon run like that can only happen when the participants are working against each other; and by participants, I tend to be looking in the direction of the tank and healer.

Go run them with pugs at minimum ilvl if you want to experience them close to what was intended. Being gear carried is not a way to judge difficulty.
