FF7 remake FF14 crossover

I'm trying to download the theme on ps4, and it's saying I don't own final fantasy 14. I tried restoring licenses and i even called Sony and SE they both keep blaming each other. Sony try saying i need to own final fantasy online collector edition. And SE says all i need is shadowbringers. I have all the expansion packs. And reserve ff7 digital.

I'm on the same boat and I preordered Shadowbringers on the PSN, preordered FF7R Deluxe on PSN and the theme says I am no eligible. xD

Nah, I preorder the deluxe of ff7 digitally.

I haven't done it myself but have you re bought the Shadowbringers or complete edition license again off PSN to see if it made any Kind of change or difference? Don't get me wrong there be stupid to waste money again by in a game you already own but I just think in see if it would have any kind of effect.
