Which server fro a newbie newcomer to the game with mostly english speaking players?

Hi i know this has been asked in the past but wondering if there are particular servers where ppl are very newcomer friendly and mostly english speaking, im currently in Aether but seems to have poor connection for me as im from the uk

So the EU data centres are Light and Chaos.
Of the servers there Moogle has a large French population and Shiva has a large German population, but everything else should be English majority as far as I know.
