According to a recent interview they did already try to implement the WoD stubble but ran into issues. They did say they won’t give up and to be patient, so here’s to hoping whatever issues they ran into can be fixed!

They should take an expac just to overhaul the character creator. Make it more like other MMOs where facial features are interchangeable between faces of different types instead of being locked to certain ones.
