I get paid at the beginning of every month and am wondering if it is possible to get SE to take my money out of my account at the beginning of every month instead of at the end. If a gm can answer this for me it be very helpful.

Just unsub for a day or 2, then re-setup your sub.
Its based on when you set it up. Its every 30 days. Mines in the middle of the month somewhere.
I've done that and it keeps staying at the end of the month. That's why I'm hoping SE can give me an answer.
What I do is just add double the crystals that might work best for you or go to the square enix store and buy a 3 month for 28 dollars when you get cash thats what I do with similar money that I can put into games 28 dollars is honestly cheaper than 14 for each month.
Did you actually let your sub expire or just cancel it and resub while it was still active? The latter probably won't change the billing date. Furthermore since months are slightly longer than 30 days on average, the day will drift towards earlier over time.
Perhaps you could consider other options which give you control of when the money is transferred out of your account? For example get a prepaid credit card and set up a recurring transfer to it at the start of the month. There's also paysafecard and crysta but I'm not sure if those support automatic payments.
Edit: Actually, the way you say you want SE to "take the money out of your account" makes me think you are using a debit card instead of a credit card. Are you unable to get a credit card for some reason? A normal (non-prepaid) credit card is billed once a month and you can specify the due date. At least in my country there are no extra expenses as long as you fully pay off the bill each month.
Yet another option is to open another bank account and have a debit card attached to it for paying the game subscription. Your bank may charge a service fee for extra accounts and cards though.
