I am honestly very disappointed in the decisions for hair

Why is it that hair is an option given to the MANY available races that are there but Viera and Hrothgar have not been given any extra hair designs since the game has come out. Is Square just going to abandon these races and do nothing for them?

What of hats? We are given designs that cater heavily to the plethora of other races but Hrothgar and Viera are stuck with only circlets and eye patches. This is honestly very disheartening as I chose the Hrothgar for it's aesthetic and looks but Square has done little nothing to help alleviate all of the restrictions they have placed on these two races.

They made it very clear when they announced the races that those would be limited in terms of hair-options and headgear - something that they would possibly adress with time, but they never made any such promises as "And with 5.2 everything will be unlocked for Viera and Hrothgar!"

People choose those races, knowing full well that there would be such restrictions that were never given any timeline to be lifted. They'll do something for those races when they have time and ressoruces for them - and yes, it sucks that they dont have them right now (and yes, thats probably on SE not granting the dev-team a bigger budget).
But til then you get a choice: Whats more important to you - Hrothgar or hair?

I think we all assumed that the beasts and the bunnies would get a new hair style every now and then.

Agreed it sucks, and when people say "everyone knew they would have limited options" many took that to mean initially when it came to old "extra" hairstyles. Not that they wouldn't be included in any of the new hairstyles that have come out since the races were released. Wherever you look there appears to be a great deal of discontent with this situation, so hopefully these limitations will be done away with.
