Leveling and guildhest roulettes give GC seals.

When doing the daily hunts, I check the fates in each zone. If one is active, I join, just to work the zone toward rank 3. If it happens there's a group doing multiple ones, I fall in with them for a while for the stones and progress as well. I rarely do them solo unless they've been well advanced by NPC's
