Id also love the ability to use free rooms as FC lead... like, i assume, the 250? 500? Rooms meant for fc members are always calculated into the storage usage, for all houses in all wards.

But yes it feels always sooo wasted having a private house and no rooms used... id love some dedicated Kitchen, dining rooms... heck, i would grab all those stuffed Alpha's and made some crazy chocobo room xD

I’d love this for my small… I’d make the extra room my bedroom and take advantage of the extra item slots in the main house! One would be enough for me, but I’d never turn down extra decorating space! For personals, if it has to be limited, maybe 1 per tenant, with the option for the owner to use the extra rooms themselves if they don’t have any tenants?

One thing I would like alongside that though is the ability to decide where the door to the extra room(s) goes… I would prefer it not to be on the back wall of the ground floor as it is now in FC houses if possible.
