Anyone got some good tips/spells/combos for clearing Aquapolis solo? I've neglected getting into these map dungeons before, so just trying them out. Guessing the doors are pure RNG, but so far sorta feels like I can probably otherwise clear rooms alright.

Guessing first tip would be get all my level 70 dungeon/trial/raid spells which I've also neglected... but otherwise!

Everything in seems immune to most any debuffs, is the only real secret just spamming AoEs and trying to survive?

A slight derail, but just coming off beating the story up until current I wonder how they will justify us going to the First for the up-to-80 content? My only guess is that the guildmaster sees us off to get more powerful, to save the guild yet again. Or he learns a forbidden BLU spell that lets him traverse through dimensions, but is trapped and we have to figure a way home by tracking down Greg with Hildy and Natsu.

This way, our level 80 carnivale boss would be "Greg", to keep with tradition of strange nostalgic off shoot bosses like Ultros/Typhoon, Siegfried, Gogo, etc.

Someone who came to my mind was Quale--an elder of the Qu race who are amphibious blue mage people that eat their enemies to learn blue magic, and they are also a boss in FF9.

As an aside, I really hope BLU can eventually graduate into a real job utilizing some kind of system that gives them a restricted library of altered spells that fit into something that can feel balanced alongside the other jobs.

I'm not sure if it's been said before in this thread as I didn't check all of the pages, but one simple change I think everyone would agree with would be to make the background for the job icon in a party blue. It's *blue* mage, how could it not? Confusing it for a tank role would be a negligible concern.

Resurrecting this to comment:

BLU needs more weapon options. Most of what we do have only goes with blue color palettes (or if not, red), and none of it is dyable.

Even one dyable BLU weapon would open up character design a bit.
