cut scene is longer than the trial

I wish SE would tighten up the ilevel sync on this. It was never a hard trial but it's just sad the way it is now.
Most ARR content is a bit depressing to get these days since so many mechanics don't happen anymore or just don't matter since the damage is so low.

That's literally the most fun I've had out of westwind in recent years. When a sprout says "Oh no, I'll try my best then!" after doing the whole psudo dread bit is pretty fun. I like the idea of reducing the minimum Ilevel, because most of the sprouts who are going in first time are around i45 or something, so reducing it to i50-i70 would make veterans still noticeably stronger, while making the entire roulette something that's better spent browsing youtube through.I dont know. Ive had an awful lot of fun over the years trying to scare sprouts with stories about how hard the first 8 person trial is while waiting out a que or cutscene. Though i honestly wouldnt complain if they went the other way and reduced the ilvl sync to something lower(maybe in the 50-70 range?). I dont know if he has any mechanics, and it might be fun to find out.
This exactly, you get westind, wait 3 minutes for the sprout to watch the huge windup for the cutscene, then kill Rhytlyn in like a minute. From the sprout's point of view that probably feels awkwardly bad too. Like, imagine all this build up for a minute long trial that gets slapped into dust in a instant.
Even if the trial was JUST basic mechanics, like group wide aoes, a tank buster, and some adds. It could at least be buffed to feel at least as challenging as a slightly stronger dungeon's end boss. Because the way things are now, it's just, really sad.

Most X.0/1 is like this in general because it syncs you to the power level of a X.5 player. IMO it should sync you to BiS from that raid cycle, not that expansion.
