There's a Marmot near the Pugilist Guild in Ul'dah that tells a "joke" from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

In one of the camps outside of...Ul'dah? no...Limsa. There is an NPC called Immodest Mouse. it's not a camp, but an outpost. I forgot the name but it's south of lvl 10 camp.
