Stuck on "Connecting to data center"...

Hello,

I'm having the same issue as this thread:

In my case, my PC was able to log in as per normal this past Tuesday morning, but not Tuesday evening after work. I tried again this morning (Wednesday), and it's still stuck.

The only apps running on my PC are FFXIV and Google Chrome, and the issue is consistent. I'm on a wireless connection, but I tried in on my laptop (same network), and had no issues.

I tried pinging the Elemental data center (124.150.157.158) with my PC and my laptop- I had no issues with the laptop, but no response on PC.

My ISP looks okay- I can access the internet as usual on my PC. I also tried connecting to another data center, to no avail.

Do you have any ideas/suggestions?

Update: Resolved by manually powering off everything (router included), and restarting. I'm not sure what that would've done though, or what the root cause was.
