    "Unexpected error has occurred" crash since the new update...



    Ever since this recent update, I've been completely unable to enter character creation or even visit the aesthetician without getting the error message above. I'm not sure if this is the DX11 issue or something, but I've never run into this issue before. What's going on here?

    Bumping as this issue has NOT been solved since yesterday and I'm still getting it. I have a sub and basically unable to play XIV right now.

    EDIT: Game is working now, you can close/delete the thread. I reinstalled the game and the issue went away.
