    Question about Mah Jong

    Can you make a pair with winds? And what about if you have 1 of each wind? Couldn't find anything in the rules about these and there isn't much about dragons but I'm curious.

    Yes, you can make a pair with any tile.

    Having one of each wind does nothing for you, nor does having one of each dragon.
