Another affected by Dx11 crashes

Hi there,
Been crashing out randomly, sometimes when teleporting, sometimes mid duty, sometimes just running around, has affected me since I started playing over a month ago.
This is a brand new build PC

So far I have tried:
Going through multiple windows updates
Ensuring all security updates have been completed
Reinstalling the game
Reinstalling to a different Hard drive
Reinstalling Graphics Drivers
Running a CHKDSK with no issues
Running Virus scan with none found
Updated every other driver
Running SFC /scannow with no issues
Disabled Discord, Steam and Windows Game Bar overlays
Running in full screen borderless
Running max graphics which my pc can easily handle
Running a cleanboot

How long have you been experiencing this issue? Were any updates or changes made to the PC that coincide with the crash? Additionally have you tried reinstalling the game on the C drive?

Hi,

I answer these questions on the original post.
have been experiencing since I began playing over a month ago.
It is a brand new PC

I have tried installing on two different drives - My C Drive is just for the operating system but there are two other drives, one M.2 NVME 1TB which the game was originally installed on and one sata 3.5" 3GB drive I have changed it to.

Could you try doing a cleanboot? Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

is this being investigated at your end? it is affecting a lot of people and I have done a lot of the different things suggested but there is no real direction to what is causing these issues.

Yeah I'm stuck on the MSQ on "The Call" because whenever I try to enter into the palace and get cutscenes my PC crashes...10 times so far. Went to DX9, updated graphics drivers, disabled almost everything...still happening.

I've noticed that a lot of responses from this forum have been try these steps and then when they have all been tried, there is no longer a response. Is anyone actually investigating this problem?
