    Software token removal.

    I attempted to login to the game a few times and it didn't work, it then said that my login attempts to the game had failed. I realized that my software token is out of sync so I went to remove it using the emergency password provided to me.

    However when I attempted to remove the token it said that my information is incorrect. I'm wondering if this is because I attempted to change my password on my account or if the login is disabled from too many failed attempts. It also locked me out of the software token removal because my login attempts were incorrect too many times. =/
