Buff icon i ve never seen before.

ok So I started a new character on a different server to get the "Road to 70 buff"
I ve been playing about a month or so now and noticed a Green icon with what appears to be a white hand in the center. I have no idea what it is or how to look it up.

Im on a ps4 pro. It appeared about 3 days ago..

Anyone know what that is??

BTW it appears right next to the Road to 70 Buff icon

There should be an option to use a cursor on PS4. You can try hovering over the icon to see what it is.

There are a few ways to use the cursor on PS4:

1. Get a USB mouse

2. Use the touchpad

3. Press L1+R3 to enter virtual mouse mode

None of them are very combat-friendly though. We're definitely at a disadvantage for understanding what the huge assortment of icons are supposed to indicate.

Were you in a party with a Mentor friend? If so it could be the exp bonus icon you get when a sapling or returning player gets into a party with a Mentor.

I don’t think it’s that, as that icon looks a bit like a flower, if it’s the one I’m thinking of. And I think it’s only available at the lower levels.

Is there a way for you to provide an image of what you’re talking about, OP? Only thing I can think of is the Squadron Recruitment Manual, since nothing else really has a “hand” in it.

Idk, I think the mentor+sprout icon could possibly be confused for a "hand"ish shape. Keep in mind, not everybody will have the same level of spatial awareness or whatever to clearly see what some icons are supposed to be. Took me days to realize the Home World icon is actually meant to be a house.

It's an exp buff you get if you create a character on a "prefered" world.

ahh I got it know with the virtual mouse which I rarely ever use. it s the Squadron Enlistment Manual buff...geez....thank you guys for helping
