There's this quest called "The Unbroken Thread" with a track I can't find anywhere online.

I've asked this before elsewhere, and someone said it's a theme new with Shadowbringers with no music scroll yet. But I was going into people's houses (don't judge me) at random and I noticed one player had this music playing as their house theme. So I know it must already exist in orchestration form. But what is it called??

Oh that, that's an old track that's been in the game since the original version of FFXIV (version 1.0), it's called Fragments of Forever by Nobuo Uematsu, and yes, it's on the Orchestrion (the roll is from any Housing Vendor found in all four residential districts - it's not unique/untradeable so it should also be found on the Market Board easily enough).

That is definitely Fragments of Forever, which can be bought from Housing Merchants for the Orchestrion. There might have been some confusion where people may have assumed you meant the track playing prior to that, which is an instrumental version of Tomorrow and Tomorrow, the 2nd theme song for the expansion.
