I apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. Does the crash occur only during one cut scene? Do you experience this issue with any other cut scene? On the system, I noticed the graphics drivers look out of date. Please update them. Please also try changing the compatibility mode by right clicking on the exe file (Default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\SquareEnix\Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn\boot\ffxivboot.exe), right click it and select ‘Properties.’ Select the ‘Compatibility’ tab and select Windows 7.

I've been able to reproduce the crashes in three specific cutscenes, all part of the main story quest in Stormblood. I know two of them are:
- The Die is Cast - Cutscene #5
- Hell's Beacon - Cutscene #1
I can't remember the other one offhand. They all crash at the exact same point every time. I'd imagine there are others, but I've been playing in DirectX 9.0c mode since the crashes and reboots really disrupt my gameplay.
My video drivers are up-to-date and have been since my original post. They are version 441.20, which is the current nVidia release.
I will try compatibility mode under DX11 and will report back.
