    Cannot use world transfer service

    1. Contacted customer service phone number couldn't provide any help
    2. Walked through internet speed and connection wasn't an issue
    3. Tried different computers, internet and area of connection

    I transferred a character on November 9th Aria Bloom of Gilgamesh and it transferred Arya Bloom of Mateus. I received an Error 420 right after transferring after closing out the error I get Maintenance notification even though there isn't maintenance going on. Now every time I enter the World Transfer option in mog station I get error 402 and maintenance message right after it, every other area of mogstation works perfectly fine, the only time I get the error message is when I click on World Transfer option.
    I never wanted Arya Bloom of (Jenova) to leave Mateus, I have no idea why or how this happened.
    I'm willing to pay for the transfer back but it will not allow me to even enter the world transfer option without getting the error... I've had a friend login on his account on my computer and he didn't receive any issue. I feel lost and no one is willing to help me move forward with fixing this issue.

    We're very sorry to hear that you are having technical issues with the Home World Transfer Service and with accessing areas of the Mog Station. We understand how frustrating not being able to log in due to errors can be, so we would like to assist you with resolving any issues you are experiencing.

    In order for us to be able to diagnose the issue, we will need additional information regarding your PC specs and environment. Please find the bug report form at http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/65378 and fill out all of the requested information. You will need to create a new thread, however once we have that information from you, we will be able to escalate your issue for further investigation.
