This time around, it's ticket 12038838. And the response asks me to provide details of character name, date and time, and examples. All of this is very clearly in the original ticket! Even better, when I try to reply to their reply to tell them this in game, I get an error of "Report could not be sent. Please try again."
I don't know what's going on, but have you tried just providing the details they're asking for, instead of pointing back to the previous ticket?
And are you seriously asking for someone to be "removed" from their job because they misfiled one ticket out of whatever vast amount they must receive daily?
