Reducing Mistakes in Purchasing on MogStation

So recently I decided to try and buy a mount on the mog station. I thought it'd be fun. I plan to continue playing for a while so I figured it'd enhance my enjoyment. Turns out I clicked a bit too fast on a page during purchase, and as a result my purchase was added to the wrong service account. attempts to rectify this with customer support proved fruitless as they basically told me "sorry, your money is gone. we cant/wont help you". This of course angers me, and diminishes rather than enhancing, my overall enjoyment of this game. knowing I've essentially given SE 30 bucks for nothing.

Moving on however, I think I've got a recommendation for a small fix they can make to their website that can prevent things like this from happening in the future.

In the above image, the circled area is what the page defaults to. so if you were to assume as i did that this was just a basic order confirmation screen that nobody reads, or maybe if you were tired or just misclicked on the "confirm items to be purchased" button, It would add your items to the defaulted to account/character.

However if the circled area in the above image were to read "please make a selection" or something instead of defaulting to any particular character or account, then it would give you an error message, or simply not allow you to proceed with purchase until you personally hand selected your desired account/character.

It is my belief that such a change would do much to help prevent people from being frustrated by SE's useless customer support team.

While I doubt most people have more than one service account, they simply have multiple characters on a single service account, this is a great idea. With how hard it is to get a mistake rectified with SE, any little thing that can prevent an issue would be wonderful to have.
