This is good but I think you should be able to make progress on these achievements even if you lose the match. As others already mentioned the available achievements could be much improved. Rival Wings has a lot of opportunities for nice achievements which would be far more fun than "Win 1000 times". Example of such could be:
- As an Oppressor deal 2.000.000 or more damage to enemy structures within a single victory
- As a Brute Justice kill 20 or more mammets within a single victory
- As Cruise Chaser deal 300.000 or more damage to enemy mechs within a single victory
- Capture the 'Gobcrate' at least three times within a single match
- Within a single match collect 200 or more ceruleum
These would be much more fun to chase after than "1000 wins" and would also encourage proper play in order to actually obtain them.
The idea of requiring it to be a victory (for some of them) is to avoid players from purposely playing only for their achivement such as permanently suiciding Oppressors just to somehow get the damage in while being a detriment to their team otherwise.
Most of these rewards should be win only, we seen it during the tome farms that some people would afk, same in fl too.
Another week has gone by on the Chaos DC since 5.1 dropped where there hasn't been a single game of Rival Wings, even with a concerted push by the Revival Wings community. There needs to be developer intervention soon, else this content is never going to get played again.
A learner mode would be great. I've only been in once due to the queues. I had no idea what was going on, but we were getting steamrolled by another organised group.
I don't want to be directed to YouTube to learn how to play in game content. (Although i guess I should have enough time whilst waiting lol)
