Steps:
1. Did multiple character race/gender changes and my legacy mark has dissapeared. Unsure which character change caused this to occur. I can verify that my character existed before ARR and can be seen in past achievements on the character that dates back to before ARR.
2. Attempted to use existing methods to restore legacy mark but have had no success (console commands)
