Unusable Greed item superseding need item during boss drop with raid item lockout

Area and coordinates: The Copied Factory
Steps:
1. Boss drops loot in raid (YorHa Type-51 Halfslops of Maiming and YoRHa-51 Halfslops of Casting)
2. Roll need on Halfslops of casting but also rolled greed on halfslops of maiming (muscle memory, didn't actually want item)
3. Receive the loot role for both items but the greed item is first in the loot window
4. Receive greed item which locks out loot raid and causes the Need item "which is the actual intended loot item for the player" to get discarded due to having received 1 item already in raid
5. Immense frustration in realizing that an unusable greed item is now in inventory instead of usable need item
6. Existing GM support team is unable to help: "However, as the YoRHa Type-51 Halfslops of Casting were never placed in your inventory it cannot be restored."

This isn't a bug, Loot resolves in the order people roll on it, if you wanted the caster gear I guess you could have delayed your roll on the maiming, or just not rolled on the maiming
