    Constant Error 90002 and 2002

    Greetings.
I come to this forum to ask for help
Recently i have started getting Error 90002 and 2002 constantly, which doesn;t allow me to join server. The strangest part is,the issue started happening recently (2-3 days ago).
It's very very annoying and really limits the time i play the game.
The longest i have played without an error in past few days was two hours, which after it i have gotten the error and couldn;t log back on,nor connect to the server tap (Reciving Server Data) for few good hours.

Before these few days ocasional kicks have been happening, but it was normal cuz sometimes server just kicks you
But despite that i was able to play all day along and such thing would happen once or twice a month.
    Now this is an issue

I tried many methods (disabling the pc firewall and router firewall) and none of them worked

See my post in this thread for some maybe hopeful help...it ended up being what fixed it for me, and the people posting in that thread haven't responded to whether or not it helped them yet, but I see your thread complaining about the same thing...

Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums

Are you connected directly the router or are you using WiFi? Have any updates or changes been made to your network settings?

You mention the removal of Google Chrome in the post, and i i shall try it
I've been using Chrome for a very long time (Since end autumn 2017) where i got my PC and started playing FF again on a better stronger faster rig

Do you say that there was an update to Chrome which screwed over something??
I presume you use Win 10

I have deleted the Chrome with everything and didn;t seem to work
    The issue is still same

I have connected and completely reset the router to the day it was bought and set everything anew
I have also updated any drivers regarding the internet and overall parts of the PC
I am directly connected to the router,as well as i can connect directly into the Ethernet cable and bypass the router

I have tried both and it seems like the router doesn;t have to do anything with the connection problems
I also called ISP and asked them if they had some problems or if they added few blockages here and there onto our line (They responded that there were no changes and they went to check if everything is fine, and it was fine)

I kindly asked my friend if he could log onto my account to just check if the problem has to do something with the account
And he was able to freely log onto it after the error 90002 (moments before he logged on i tried to log on myself sevral of times)

I tried few things to fix the problem
Even updated the system (I am using Windows 10 Pro)

I forgot to mention,I don;t get any queue while loging into the Server (Light/Lich)
I wait around 30 sec and then get Error 10150 (Maintenance error) and when i try to log back onto the server i get 2002

I also started getting these disconnections randomly not even every few hours but by minutes, even seconds. The game is unplayable for me right now.

I've been playing for months with no issues, no changes on my network either. I'm directly connected to the router, no wifi (Win10). I seriously need help with this.

Thank you for the update Trool323.

You mentioned trying to log in at your friend's house. I'm not sure I understood. We're you able to log into your account on this other connection? Was this on the same device, or were you using their PC?

What else have you tried in order to alleviate the issue?

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
