Elemental polarities

It is said that all elements can be either Astral or Umbral polarity, but what does that entail for each element? e.g. Astral Fire is combustion, Umbral Fire is dryness, but what are the other five?

While it's true that all aspects can be either Astral/Active or Umbral/Passive, each of them can be found in a "natural state" as if were (as seen in the elemental chart).

Those being:

• Wind/Lighting/Fire being Astral/Active
• Water/Ice/Earth being Umbral/Passive

As for what that would entail for the other elements, well...we do know of a few, like the Umbral Winds and Umbral Static weathers for instance.
But generally speaking, their main difference is whether they're in an active/passive state (like say, Earth triggering earthquakes if it was active, while being inert if it was passive).
