2. received quest reward item: Circus Resonator
3. used Circus Resonator (Old Gridania near Westshore Pier)
4. result - "You can now summon the ahriman mount."
5. looked in Mount Guide. Regular Ahriman mount displayed with green dot (new mount). Verified there is no Circus Ahriman mount in Mount Guide.
6. travelled to East Shroud
7. Summoned Ahriman mount. Verified regular Ahriman mount is summoned
8. took screen shots of chat log showing what is described in previous steps
9. submitted in-game bug report
10. waited 5 days
11. submitting report in In-Game Bugs forum

Ah. My bad! Have you double-checked that it was the Circus Reonator that as used, and not the item to unlock the regular Ahriman mount? A quick "/isearch Circus" should help in determining that.
