    Have a look on "The Balance" FFXIV Discord server - It has job guides, openers, BiS lists and chatrooms for questions all done by top theorycrafters.

    For PLD though, its generally a mix of Crit and DH, i think. They dont really need skill speed, unlike other tanks...That does make melding it difficult though if you plan on playing the other tanks, as they may need different melds or gear pieces in order to function optimally, such as for example, GNB fitting 9 GCD's in to no mercy windows.
