The Roll named The Sound of the End is actually Bipolar Nightmare.
Dunno if they'd fix that.

It would be a bug, as it's happened before: the orchestrion rolls for the three old 1.0 zone themes Twilight Over Thanalan, Whisper of the Land and On Windy Meadows were also mistitled when they were added to the game, and were eventually fixed in a later patch. So it may pay to post a bug report in the relevant section so that SE can be informed (if they haven't already).
What if Square Enix isn't happy with the name because of its relationship to the mental disorder, and the translation team is censoring/playing it safe?

I was going to make a post about this too.
Bipolar Nightmare is the proper name of the boss track, Sound of the End is indeed an entirely different track and one I expect we'll get to hear with 5.5.
The term bipolar doesn't automatically equate to a mental disorder, it just means two things in opposition, which coincides with Nier's theme of duality.

Was surprised. I was going to complain that we didn't get the Bipolar Nightmare orchestration until I read this post. Managed to grab it low price off the MB too.
I was wondering why the song I looked up on YouTube sounded so different.
