Password continually wrong.

Despite my many, many, many attempts to remedy this problem, it simply isn't working. Around 3 p.m yesterday, I laid down for a nap. When I woke up, I went to log in to finish farming for my dragon from Hades EX and to my surprise, I couldn't log in because it kept saying my password was wrong. I thought I was having a old guy moment and reset my password, it didn't work.

So, I ventured over to the mogstation where I use the exact same information as on my FFXIV launcher and it logged in without a problem. This is going on 24 hours and no matter what I do, nothing seems to be " accepted " for my password for the launcher.This is very frustrating as I am missing beast tribes and various other things.

Any advice?

I'm also having this problem too and posted seeking advice. I changed my password multiple times for the same reason but nothing works too. I can still log into the Mogstation with my new password with no issues though.

Hopefully there's a fix for this problem. I've submitted a ticket about this as well but still waiting on a response.

Update: Just tried logging in again and was able to with no issues! Not exactly sure what changed but for the moment it seems fixed.

Happened to me once and after I changed the password in my account let me login again. Happens if gil sellers try hack into you account then locks it or if someone tried to login to it from another location. Happened to me also when built new pc.
