Yet Another DirectX 11 issue

I am a new player in my first month of playing. When I enable DirectX 11, I receive error 11000002 after a few minutes of playing. There does not appear to be any particular event tied to the crashes; it's just after a few minutes of play. I got around it by using DX 9, but I've found that in dungeons, I do not receive the loot roll or commendation screens, which is kind of a deal breaker for me.

I'm using the Steam version of the game on 64-bit Windows 10 home and have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 card with driver version 441.08. I'll post the system info below, but I wanted to get the basics in here.

I enjoy the game and would like to keep playing but if this issue cannot be resolved, obviously I'll have to cancel my subscription. I haven't been able to find any solutions in the forums so if there is any help you can offer, I would appreciate it. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Do you notice any pattern to this issue? Does it only happen in certain places or while doing certain actions?

You may want to try some of the following in order to alleviate the issue:

1) Disable any overlays you have active and close any unnecessary programs.

2) Try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.

3) Do a clean reinstall of your graphics card drivers.

4) Make sure your anti-virus has the appropriate exceptions for Final Fantasy XIV.

5) You may want to try a reinstall of the game. When you do, make sure to remove the locally-saved data folder (located My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Be sure to make a backup of this just in case it doesn't resolve the issue.
