My suggestion cut hp in half to all bosses in it. Instead rolling on 2b outfit package it should be a reward for completing it.

1) This part of the forum isnt actually for feedback regarding the game - though I'll admit we dont actually have a part of a forum for that...
2) The raid has just been released, people are learning and figuring out mechanics, give it 2 weeks and runs will be much faster - bosses shouldnt just drop dead.
3) You get tomestones, your weekly drop (gear), a token to upgrade tomestone gear and materia from it - if non of that is an incentive for you to run it again, feel free to stay out of it. 2Bs outfit surely isnt the only reward here - even though it doesnt even seem like much of a reward according to you, since its not an incentive to run it again.
Bottomline: Runs will go faster and smoother in the future and there are plenty of rewards for running this on a weekly basis - if non of those rewards speak to you, thats fine though. Maybe suggest something that would make you run it again? It cant be 2Bs outfit, since that obviously wouldnt have done the trick either... or rather: isnt doing the trick.
its fine man. i mean you kinda need to play.
i did like 6 or 7 runs yestarday with like instant que !! WOWOW as a dps and finaly i took the 2b attire.
I am happy , it felt good and i wound want it easier.

Why do you want bosses to die in less than 5 minutes? The HP scaling is fine. Only the second boss tends to drag on—but that’s likely due to the longer runs being comprised of a single alliance trying to down him while the other two are lying on the ground watching.

I don't think any raid or dungeon should ever take hour and half to complete. They need to do something to cut the time down to it. If they cut bosses hp in half that still take 45 to 55 minutes each run.
...and as time goes on and people get more familiar with it and gear up, you'll see those raids cleared in 45 minutes or less. You've joined the froums in 2015, so you're playing since at least then, yes? Have you completly forgotten how it was at the release of the 24-man raids in Heavensward or Stormblood? Same thing: Took an hour or longer within the first few days while people were new and learning; went down to 30-45 minutes within the first two weeks.
If you dont want to spend over an hour with this content: Wait for two weeks and come back.
Personally I very much think that theres nothing wrong with content taking a little longer - even an hour or more - during the first couple of days. I very much prefer that over yet another "in - 20 minutes - out"-content.

It’s fine stop whining
I dont really care how much you spend on the game, but hey! At least now I can remind you that the ARR-24-man-raids took quite a while aswell at release - because people were learning how to deal with mechanics. If you cant stand content being a bit slower right at release, it might be time for you to step away from the game for a bit.Been playing since 1.0 Beta. This account is my guest account that came with 1.0 ultimate edition. That edition came with 2 card keys for the game. Just remembered it costing over 150 dollars when came out. When ARR. came out decided to start over again with fresh new character.
It’s lasting longer now because it’s literally Day 2 since the content was released. It’s still new—it’s bound to take time. As it ages, the fights will get passively nerfed via better gear and higher damage anyways. The fights are fine as is.

My fastest clear was 49 minutes and that was just hours into day 1.
I sincerely hope threads like these are just mumbled in passing in the office because if the team knee jerk reacted to feedback like this all the time and catered to whining whims, the game would literally be Habbo Hotel or Club Penguin with a spin the wheel thrown in, for no reason but to have something to do.
