quarrying la noscea

so am i missing something or is there only 1 spot to quarry for grade 2 and 3 in la noscea? all the other zones have 3 per grade.

This is correct. La Noscea's the odd one out with grade 1 and 4 having three spots, grade 2 and 3 having one spot, and grade 5 having two <_<
