Got the garo achievement but didn't claim the mount

My friend finished the furious fatalities achievement and forgot to claim her raigo pipe from Jonathas. And when she came to check today she couldn't claim it anymore, even though the achievement is still in her log. Anyone has this issue or any suggestions on how to fix it is much appreciated. Thank you.

I don't think there is anything they can do. The dev's specifically said you needed to speak with him before the patch launch.

Same boat. I was having some internet issues after I got my last achievement and kept getting disconnected, so didn't go and grab them. I thought it would be fine since the patch notes said we'd still be able to get things we have the achievement for and never saw anything else to the contrary.

Achievements all show the mounts as earned on my character.

I've contacted email support. Don't know if they'll do anything, but I'm really bummed out.

Try one time item recovery in the support menu. Maybe you deleted the mount, can happen right

I literally scraped up my wins over weeks of play, only to have stuff come up where I wasn't able to get on and simply forgot before it was too late to claim from the achievement vendor. Hours over hours wasted because they couldn't keep the rewards on the achievement vendor like every other event crossover item. Even the Whisper mount from the Yokai Watch event is still there! What makes this any different?
