Steps:
1. Outside of any duty, I can use my linkshells like normal
2. Upon entering any instanced duty, messages sent or recieved from linkshells I'm part of don't go through. The only linkshell I can successfully see anything from is #8, and it's being changed to a private linkshell that I'm not part of. This continues until the duty is complete or abandoned, and I'm then returned to normal functionality. This is an invasion of privacy for those people, and a major inconvenience for myself.
