    an idea on how to help AST MP management

    well i know it might not amount to much but i will still post it in hopes it might make a difference ^^.

    maybe have lightspeed have an additional mp effect based on what sect its on.

    for example on diurnal it will have a weaker lucid dreaming effect that will restore mana over time.
    and on nocturnal sect have it return straight out mp like 5/10% mp like assize or aetherflow.

    that's it,if you have better ideas feel free to offer

    Actually, they can add mp recovery effect in draw.
    Its like moving Ewer effect from card rng to draw.
    This will also encourage player more in using AST card.

    Wouldn't that turn Sleeve Draw into a massive MP gain though? Even without Undraw you could recover 15-25% of your MP (depending on Draw use) in seconds, and still have LD or LS in reserve.

    That's why you make draw give mp and not play. Sleeve draw doesn't use draw, only gives you cards. And undraw, you'd have to be desperate to use in any situation since you're sacrificing team DPS for mp, but that'd be a good option to have if you're THAT desperate for MP, I genuinely don't see why they haven't done this yet when it's such a simple fix.

    Plus then 'Draw' would share connotations with Draw from FF8 in 'giving you magic power' as well as drawing a card.
    As well as encouraging the used of Draw at the earliest opportunity, in case people aren't drawing asap for any reason...

    honestly, just merely reducing malefic's mp cost would go a long way (not sure why they didnt do that but went with asp helios instead)
    changing its cost to even 390 mp would make mp last significantly longer, and reducing it to 300 would make even minimum piety sets MP positive

    heres some numbers:
    This is current data, with malefic costing 400 mp


    this is if malefic costed 390 mp


    this is if it costed 300 mp
