Item Durability: swap the loss rates of weapons and Body gear

Currently, gear in the Body slot loses durability far slower than any other left-side equipment....for some reason. This is annoying because weapons, which are class specific as per Armoury System, decay at same rate as that other equipment. Since all but DRG & NIN are sharing left-hand equipment with at least one other class, that means you get equipment whose durability numbers becomes desynchronized from weapons if you decide to switch things up (and if you're doing crafting/gathering, you will be switching things up).

Thus I request swapping the durability loss rates between Body and the Weapons (including off-hand) so it doesn't trigger my latent OCD this discrepancy doesn't occur.
