Shout out to Bad Meme(unsynced BRD) for single handedly breaking me out of Sable Price in the Aery twice. Both times were real close calls. I know DPS rarely get comms but you earned yours after breaking me out of the first one.

You've pretty much revealed yourself to be narcissistic with this reply dude, so with that I'm not even going to waste time on it anymore. However, I will say just one more thing: of course that thread was made with...well, decent intentions, but you and I both know that it's primarily used to spread negativity and put other people down and get validation for it. Stop trying to ignore that obvious fact. Some of the ugliest behavior I've ever seen in my life has come from some of the individuals who play this game.

I have no idea why you're so adamant on giving the OP crap about this. You could basically just see his thread as a more specific version of the previous thread, what you're doing right now is the equivalent of trying to scold someone who made a "Show your Tank glamour thread!" because there's already a "Show your character glamour!" thread.

So I was running Copied Factory and this BLM kept dying. Seems understandable, new content with a lot of stuff going on. The WHM always revived them, too. After a half dozen deaths, the BLM said they're unworthy of the raises, to which the WHM replied that we learn by doing. Another DPS stepped in and quoted Alfred from one of the Batman movies. "Why do we fall, sir? So we can learn to pick ourselves back up."

I hope it inspires the blm to take the next step now and brush up on the run with text/video guide. He's still gonna need to learn by doing but anticipating the mechs he's read/seen about will give him an edge.

I had a run of Praetorium where someone was wearing the Dream clothes (the ones that looks like Santa's). Someone else remarked that they loved the set and asked how to get it. The first person cheerfully offered to craft it for all 7 of us, and partied the whole group at the end of the run to do so. I had to afk just as we finished, but there was much rejoicing during Praetorium and I really appreciate that person's sweet gesture towards everyone else in the party

FFXIV's community is on par with WoW's from my experience. Ironically, both dislike one another, despite their similarities.

GW2 & XI is significantly better than both.

City of Heroes & Marvel Heroes were the best.

DCUO is worst than the aforementioned MMOs.

EQ was solid when I played.

In ESO, everyone pretty much minds their own business, or kept to themselves from my experience.

Fortnite is easily the worst community of all time, bar none.

Just to name a few...Anyway, having such a negativity thread, regardless of what it has become is telling of the community...Not talking about the OP thread.

On topic, last time I was in the public duty, was when I was new. Therefore, my character was getting hit by special moves.....I literally would just stand there. One person just sent a tell, "Run out of the way when you see the flashing orange path." The others did not seem to mind my toon getting blasted. They just went about their business. We finished sastasha, NP.
