    It seems like it's going to be a lot harder to kill things in general now as all jobs now have access to a potion cooldown for free healing and all of the healers have spammable AoE healing now.

    All of the DPS classes have spammable AoE options too, and the "increases damage dealt to target" effects on melee DPS got axed in favor of giving them higher DPS in general through various means, such as NIN getting Huton and Monk generating chakras from all weaponskills.

    Wishes for a universal sprint have been answered as every job has Bolt now.

    As for more specific stuff that stood out to me:

    They seem to have opted to buff all of the other healers closer to AST as the only particularly meaningful nerfs to AST were the removal of stun on Celestial Opposition and Neutral Sect now only granting 10% haste instead of instant casts along with having a longer CD. WHM lilies got buffed overall with the heals and Mistery being stronger and lilies being generated more foten, while SCH straight up doesn't have aetherflow anymore and instead just has the charge mechanic and/or cooldown attached to all of their related abilities.

    I really want to be polite but you truly are awful at analyzing this game lol, and it's predominantly down to your lack of experience. These are some of the best balancing changes we've had in a while. I don't think any half decent player would disagree that it wasn't like AST needed to be nerfed last patch, it was that WHM and SCH needed to be better and it's exactly the path they took. Aetherflow becoming a charge mechanic was the best idea they had (although would rather they brought back MP regen for healers and as such, Aetherflow = SCHs regen) - you don't play Feast clearly and it shows. You die as SCH and it's a nightmare trying to catch up and recover again. They want pressure to be meaningful again, rather than people just simply getting 100-0'd, which is something most would prefer. Unskilled players will still die just as easily as ever.

    Okay, well, after testing things out in seal rock and then dueling paladins and gunbreakers, I can confirm that Wars still easy kill 1v1 - even more so now it seems.

    The amount of shielding and heals Paladins and Gunbreakers can do is insane.

    Wars can pot nonstop and they will still get grounded to dust because Nascent Flash requires a party target to work, meanwhile Paladins and Gunbreakers can Intervention and Aurora for disgusting mitigation plus heals.

    I know this game isn't balanced around 1v1, but it feels so grossly unfair that some jobs can use equivalent actions anywhere and at anytime, but Wars have this ridiculous party target requirement attached to Nascent Flash.

    I guess it's not a big deal for people who are primarily interested in Feast, but this puts a sour taste in my mouth.

    Pots don't make a lick of difference it seems. Neither does StormsPath. Lol... I'm almost crying it hurts. =*(

    Unfortunately, I accidentally purchased a 6 month sub through steam, and so even if I cancel, I've already prepaid. Eh wells, I'm done with War, and maybe FFXIV for the time being, until Nascent Flash is either split into two actions or is self-targettable.

    I think you misinterpreted me as believing the healer changes were a bad thing.

    AST definitely needed to be nerfed and SCH sucked because of the general difficulty of generating Aetherflow for one of their primary sources of healing. Nobody could deny that.

    I'll admit I didn't play the Feast THAT much but the 30 games needed for the Garo stuff was still enough to give me a pretty good idea of which jobs were easier/harder to deal with (Which I clarified through certain sources like the PvPaissa discord). If they ever have something particularly nice for the top 100 rewards, I'd actually consider going for it, because I mostly liked what time I spent in the mode and if it's better balanced then before I can't imagine my experience being worse.

    Forgive me for attempting to be analytic though. I'll just leave that to all the Diamond rank players from now on because it's better then being ridiculed.
