    Ridiculous Amount of Disconnects

    Good afternoon,

    About a couple of days ago my game started lagging in instances only, and eventually disconnecting me with the 90006 error message. Now I log in and it immediately disconnects me from the server. I am on PS4, using wireless connection and I've already tried resetting my router. None of my other devices seem to have an issue so I know it's not my Wi-Fi and any other games that use internet connection on my ps4 are running fine, so it can't be my PS4 either. I'm at a complete loss.

    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    When exactly did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing with your home network that coincides with this?

    Even if you don't have issues with other devices, I would still suggest trying a wired connection to help stabilize your connection.

    What else have you tried in order to alleviate the issue?

    I called my ISP last night and the disconnects seemed to have stopped. I think they just needed to do a full reset. Sorry for wasting your time and thank you!
