New wards: patchday or after?

So according to latest live letter translation you can assume that new wards will pop at patchday. However, its website description says that they will release it "after" 5.1. And judging by how they utilized it back in SB when wards 13-18 were released a week after 4.2 you can say new wards will pop a week or two after. So what you think is the truth? I need to clarify it so I know if I will need to take a day off work at 29 or I can save it for another week.

Can you provide a link for that? Cause I believe I checked all of the news since then and never noticed something stating that.

If you read it carefully it states. After the release of 5.1 wards 19-21 will be added. The keyword "after"

I doubt that Housing will drop the week after Patch 5.1 drops. They’d be taking the game down to implement it... and then have to take it down again the following week to implement Alexander Ultimate. Likely, it will drop with Patch 5.1. If it doesn’t, expect it to drop with Ultimate two weeks after 5.1 drops. When they release the Patch Notes, you’ll know for sure, as they usually include a note about Housing when they release new Wards.

I know about that, I mentioned it in my first post. Problem is you can interpret it in different ways, thats the known problem with SE's wording lol.

You can twist it to fit whatever suits you. Just like all the other wards that's been added to the game previously, they will be released sometime after the big patch. It was that way when Shirogane was unlocked and with the added wards to Lavender Beds, Goblet, Mist. I can't recall SE ever unlocking new wards along with a big patch. It was usually a week or two after along with a raid or savage content. Well anyway you'll find out day of patch. Good luck.

They mentioned in the Live Letter that because the patch included new housing, they weren't going to open the patch early. Although they are also opening up housing for individual purchases on the two new EU worlds, I don't think this Japanese comment would only have referred to that. So, the new housing should arrive right with the 5.1 patch. At this point, though, all anybody on here is doing is guessing, because what’s been announced officially thus far has been sort of vague. Hopefully there will be something that clarifies what exactly the deal is with the new wards before the patch drops.
