    My reported incident was pretty small, but even so, GM Lydahkny took the time to touch base, make sure that everything was alright and they had enough information to investigate, and offered some sympathy for my situation. It's honestly just knowing that no matter how big or small a matter is, I know that the GMs of this game will have my back!

    Also, I almost cried when they said to me "may your story in Eorzea be everlasting." Every GM I've ever spoken with has always said something endearing like this, but this one hit home. Thanks for the in-game support and the dose of feelings!
