I would rather see more dyable mounts. Can you imaging dying the Regalia being dyed?
Yes please! My Chocobo keeps dying by standing in AoEs and doesn't really use all of it's abilities. Feels like he only occasionally lends a helping hand I have no control and no idea when he does, rather than my buddy helping me out.
Would also be cool, but I'd think this would take a lot of effort on SE's part to implement. I'd also guess there might be some backlash from the people who bought the $12 Red Baron/White Devil recolors of the Magitek Armor, as their look could be replicated/approximated by throwing a Dalamud Red Dye/Snow White Dye on the Magitek Armor. People would go "what, I paid $12 for gold trim?" That said, they are the only recolor mounts on Mogstation, so the backlash wouldn't be too bad, I suppose.
Sounds like the cloudsbreath mitigates much of the burden, so I'd say it wouldn't be out of the question for it to accommodate more riders.Due to excessive zeal on the part of Gyoshin, this mikoshi was crafted with more cloudsbreath than is necessary or, indeed, safe. Thus, it not only floats atop the shoulders of its bearers, it soars aloft regardless of their presence - though this does not discourage them from clinging to its poles anyway.
The MSQ tends to gate off most areas before it's ready for you to get there, with the exception of some areas like the upper halves of The Peaks or Kholusia being available from the start if you have a friend who can fly you somewhere.
That said, you can't access any quests or do anything in that area before you get there, so the most benefit you get is early access to FATEs you probably can't kill.
