While it's not the most practical way, you also can skip the cutscene, clear the content or duty roulette, and then abandon and restart the quest from the beginning.

Pro tip:
Accept the duty
Do not finish the cutscene/Do not skip the cutscene

This will interrupt the cutscene so it replays once you're out of the duty.

This but there is a problem.

If you are not in the right job, you won't be able to accept the duty unless you skip the cut-scene.
