Going back to the discussion about targeting T1, H1, B1 etc, this was copied from reinhearts translation thread.

http://goo.gl/NKKTA - small update info on the macro target (target PC/NPC with macro putting their name in)
FUNNY suggested it would be nice if you can do something like /action "Cure" <WAR1> and Triairy says that kind of feature is being worked on for 2.0. Musuko and Moni asked what's going to happen if there are multiple mobs with the same name in the area - Triairy responded it will target the closest one first.

When you have 10-14 trash ants, 1 main boss and a guard where does the guard fit on the list, how long is the list ? etc.
In cases such as boss fights, after the CS the boss at the top is a given, sub-bosses next, trash last. As these are instanced the claiming doesn't matter and the list can be created/filled right away.

Full Party XP, 4 links, but there's 3 stray mobs w/in targeting range, oops I nuked the wrong one, here comes another group of links. This solves that problem.

Also if you look at the 2.0 UI picture there is a lot more UI stuff on screen, where would such a list fit?
They're widgets for a reason, put it where you want, or hide them away if you prefer. The text commands/placeholders would still be very useful.

I'd like for there to be an option to put a black background/box around the party (and potential enemy) HP/MP bars, as it's sometimes really hard to read the white numbers otherwise.

You can tell an engage enemy by the colour of its name, and if your target icon is above it.

But yea I suppose it would be easier and create less cases of people careless nuking stuff.

Would be an awesome feature too. I have no idea if they announced anything like this.
I doubt any game in this planet will be able to figure out where players are trying to go before they went there.

I wanted to give a quick update on what else is in the works for the version 2.0 UI!

We are working on implementing different types of icons being displayed in the party list such as actions being executed, recast timers, class icons, buffs and debuffs, and many others. Having these types of icons visible will allow for an easier way to see what’s going on in the party, and if you aren’t happy with a specific icon, you will be able to customize them however you like.

I know there are a couple of you who have requested in the past for your own HP bar to be displayed in the party list, I just wanted to give you confirmation that it will indeed be displayed on the party list in version 2.0.

Thank goodness! I hate it when I press [F5] to target the 5th displayed member and then remember it's [F6] ~_~

Speaking of UI changes, will we have the option to move our HP/MP/TP Bars as separate objects? Personally I would love to stack them vertically, instead of the current horizontal setup they have now.

Will it be possible to set up the UI like how it was in XI if we so choose...
