So AMD put out a new driver with image sharpening, which is pretty fantastic by the way, but it only supports dx9 and dx12. I know you can use dx9 and dx11 on ffxiv but I'm curious what visual differences there are in the two. Anyone know?

You will miss reflections, tesselation on the ground, but the worst is that the dx9 client is not officially supported anymore, so you might encounter crashes.
So far and ironically, the only crashes I experienced were explicit DX11 crashes.
