Disable FATE music and popup when overleveled

I would like SE to make it so when you walk/run/ride through a FATE zone for which you are too high level to participate (I.e. level 50 in a 40-45 FATE zone), it will not play the FATE music, show the "FATE Joined" popup on screen, or play the DUN-du-du-DUN-du-du-DUN sound unless you click the level sync button.

When riding throughout the world, especially in the ARR no-fly zones, going through all those low level FATES can get really annoying. It would be really nice if this could be changed. Thanks.

I stopped noticing it when I turned off bgm entirely. While a few songs were some nice ambiance, too many were just a bit grating. It was ok at first, but after hearing all the same songs repeatedly over months, I'm a bit over it.

I also get annoyed by having a big multi-line red warning message in the chat box every time I pass through a FATE area. I could see it if I tried to attack a FATE mob that I can't attack do to my level, but it's ridiculous to keep explaining how FATEs and level-sync work every time I pass by one. I've been playing this game for over six years now. I already know how FATEs and level-sync work. That should have been in a tutorial window the first time the situation came up (like the way everything else in this game is explained) and then not be mentioned again unless you try to take part in a FATE that you can't. Passing through the area does not count as trying to take part.
