    Can't connect to my data center

    I cant get in past the title screen, I keep getting the error message "the lobby server has encountered an error" with message code 2002. I've tried updating everything, turning off firewalls, resetting both my router and my pc, have used both WiFi and cord connection. Nothing works. I have successfully connected to all EU, and Japan data centers with no problem, but still cant connect to any NA data centers where I have my characters. Please send halp!

    This started about 17 hours ago, 3 pm ish my time (AEST). i was about halfway through meliekahs well with a trust when i got disconnected. nothing updated on the game or on my PC at the time.

    I have this exact problem, I have tried the same things you did with no success including contacting my ISP. It is only the NA data center. I first noticed when I tried logging in around 5pm AEST

    Also of note is that I have since tried forwarding the recommended ports (54992-54994, 55006-55007, and 55021-55040). as well as following internet explorer instructions that has been stated as a solution to the error code 2002. Neither of these options have worked for me either.

    Are you connected directly to the router, or are you using WiFi? Is the game application allowed through the fire wall?

    I am also experiencing this issue NA servers only - started on the weekend and is still occuring 3 days later

    I have tried both wired and WiFi. Both with the firewall turned off.

    Thank you for the reply galigos.

    If you can connect to the EU and JP servers but not the NA server, then you are likely running into a issue along your way to that particular server. Unfortunately, this means that the issue arises from outside of your home network. The troubleshooting we can provide has to do with strengthening your home network (your PC or PS4 and router). As such, I'd suggest contacting your ISP and making a report with them..
